Render Cleaning questions

Can you pressure wash rendered walls?
You should not. High pressure erodes render texture and can blow patches off entirely, especially around cracks and expansion joints. Render is a soft wash job.
Will the mould come back?
Slower than after a rinse, because we treat the spores rather than the surface stain. Walls that stay damp — heavy shade, poor drainage, blocked weep holes — will regrow faster regardless of method.
Does render cleaning damage paint?
No. The detergent and pressure are matched to painted surfaces. Paint that is already chalking or failing may show it more clearly once the dirt is gone, which we flag before starting.
